Teams, on the Peak plan
Peak builds a map of when each teammate is strong at which kind of work, finds meeting windows inside everyone's collaborative hours, and suggests who should take what. It shares working hours and ability names, and nothing more personal than that.
No card. $19 a month or $158 a year after the trial.
Four things, each built on the same cognitive profile every member already has.
Create a team in your account and send an invite link. Each person joins with their own account and their own cognitive profile.
See, hour by hour across time zones, which abilities each teammate is strong at during their working hours. Only working hours and ability names are shared, never sleep, wake times or energy.
The map shows abilities with nobody at peak during working hours, and the meeting finder ranks windows where every attendee is at work and collaborative, keeping deep-work peaks free and rotating who takes an off-peak slot. It works from working hours, not calendar availability.
Attach a project to the team and get a suggested owner for each task, with the reason: who is strongest at that kind of work, when, and how much room they have this week. Suggestions, not orders; you decide.
You choose a share level in Settings: Nothing, Peak windows only, or Peak windows and working hours. The team map is computed on the server from that choice and your stable profile, never from your day-to-day data.
Data lives in Supabase Postgres with row-level security, every row scoped to its owner. You can export or delete your data any time from Settings.

Each member sets their own share level. The map, the coverage gaps and the meeting finder fill in as people join.
Attach a project to the team and ask for assignment suggestions, or use the meeting finder for the next call.
More on the FAQ.
No. The team map is built from your stable morning or evening preference and your work window only. Your wake time, bedtime, energy and daily check-ins never leave your own row, and you can set your share level to Nothing at any time.
Not yet. Today it uses working hours and cognitive fit, and it says so on the page. Calendar availability for the meeting finder is planned.
No. Teams works on its own inside My Calendy: shared projects, a team timeline, the map and the meeting finder. Blocks can go to each person's Google Calendar or ICS feed.
Peak is billed per account. Per-seat billing is not built yet; if you are bringing a larger team, write to michael@mycalendy.fun and we will set you up by hand.
