Simple pricing. Seven days free on either plan.

Flow is for your own projects and your own days. Peak adds Teams. Both start with seven days free, no card, and nothing to cancel if you decide it is not for you.

Flow

For your own projects and your own days

$75/year
about $6.25 a month, billed once a year

Everything one person needs to plan a project and live the days it produces.

  • A cognitive profile and an hour-by-hour curve for eight abilities: Analytical, Technical, Perceptual, Creative, Strategic, Collaborative, Administrative and Conceptual
  • Plan a project: describe it, add a due date and hours; AI breaks it into milestones, phases and real tasks with estimates and dependencies
  • Each task placed at an hour where that ability is strong, around your Google Calendar
  • Adaptive re-planning in one press when a block slips, moves or is done partially, with a plain-language impact analysis and undo
  • A 20-second morning check-in that reshapes the day, right-now guidance, an evening reflection and a weekly review
  • Google Calendar read and write, plus an ICS feed for Apple Calendar, Outlook or any calendar app
  • A shareable public peak-hours page: your working hours and ability names, nothing else
  • Export or delete your data any time from Settings

Start Peak, 7 days free

7 days free. No card.

If you add nothing during the seven days, the trial simply ends. Nothing is charged and there is nothing to cancel. Paid plans can be managed or cancelled any time from the billing portal in your account. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details.

Questions about pricing

Do I need a card for the trial?

No. Either plan starts with seven days free and Stripe does not ask for a card. If you add nothing, the trial ends on its own and nothing is charged.

What does founding member mean?

The first 100 accounts can take everything in Peak for $49 a year, and that price never changes for as long as the subscription stays active. It is billed by card once a year with no trial, because a held seat would take a seat from someone else. Cancel whenever you like; if you come back later, the founding price is gone.

What happens after the seven days?

If you added a card during the trial, your plan continues at the price shown here. If you did not, planning pauses until you choose a plan. Your profile, timeline and check-ins stay yours either way, and you can export your data from Settings.

Is there a free plan?

Not a permanent one. After sign-up the Hub, your cognitive profile, your timeline and the daily check-in are free to explore. Planning a project is what starts the seven free days.

Can I switch between Flow and Peak?

Yes. Use the billing portal in your account, or write to michael@mycalendy.fun and we will move you.

How is a team billed?

Peak is billed per account, not per seat; per-seat billing is not built yet. If you are bringing a larger team, write to michael@mycalendy.fun and we will set you up by hand.
