What My Calendy does

Describe a project. It becomes real tasks, each placed at an hour when you are strong at that kind of thinking, around your calendar. When the day changes, the plan moves with it.

Your cognitive profile

Four answers become an hour-by-hour curve for eight abilities

Your wake time, bedtime, work hours and morning or evening preference produce a curve for Analytical, Technical, Perceptual, Creative, Strategic, Collaborative, Administrative and Conceptual work across your day. The starting curves come from chronobiology research cited on /science and /sources. Timing effects are real but not universal, so the product then learns from your own check-ins and post-task ratings.

Plan a project

A brief becomes milestones, phases and real tasks

Describe the project, add a due date and roughly how many hours it needs. AI breaks it into milestones, phases and tasks, each with an ability, an estimate and what it depends on. Then every task is placed at an hour where that ability is strong, in order, across the days before the due date, around what is already on your Google Calendar.

The plan

  1. Milestone 1 · Data gathered

    • Pull the survey exports · Administrative · 45 min
    • Clean and code the responses · Perceptual · 90 min

  2. Milestone 2 · Analysis done

    • Analyse themes and numbers · Analytical · 120 min
after: Clean and code the responses
    • Decide what the report argues · Strategic · 60 min

Milestones show as a checklist on the project page and tick themselves when every task under them is done.

Adaptive re-planning

When a block slips, the rest of the project moves in order

A block that slips past its window, is deferred, is done partially or is skipped does not break the plan. One press re-plans every open block in that project in its original order, each still landing in its own ability's strong window, around pinned tasks and calendar events. You get a plain-language impact analysis and every move can be undone for 24 hours.

The numbers come from the scheduling engine. The AI writes the sentences; it never invents a number.

Your day

A 20-second check-in reshapes the day you are actually having

Each morning: how you slept, how much energy you have, and whether today has room for a full day, a lighter day or just the essentials. A rough night moves demanding work later and lightens the day; a good one moves deep work to the front. Through the day, one card shows what is right now with three choices. In the evening, three taps of reflection. On Monday, a week in review: minutes at peak, what got done, your best hours by completion, and one suggestion.

  • Breaks after long focus streaks and a minimum gap between blocks.
  • Nothing is scheduled in the wind-down before bedtime.
  • After a task, one tap: was this the right time? That answer tunes your curve.

Check-ins and reflections help Cally plan around how you feel. They describe your day; they are not health advice or a medical tool.

Calendar

Google Calendar, an ICS feed, and a page you can share

Connect Google Calendar and blocks are placed around your busy times and written to your calendar, then updated when the plan moves. Any other calendar can subscribe to your plan through a read-only ICS feed. And if you want people to know when to book you, a public page shows your working hours and which abilities peak then, nothing more.

Google Calendar

  • Reads busy times only, to plan around them
  • Writes your blocks as events and updates them after a re-plan
  • Disconnect any time from Settings

ICS feed

  • Subscribe from Apple Calendar, Outlook, Google (From URL) or any app
  • Your open blocks for the next 60 days, read-only
  • The link is yours to create and revoke in Settings

Public peak-hours page

  • Working hours and the top two abilities per hour
  • No sleep, energy, tasks or calendar, ever
  • Share it with a client or a manager; revoke it any time

Teams, on Peak

A team map that shows hours and abilities, never sleep

Invite members and see, across time zones, when each person is strong at which kind of work during their working hours. Peak lists coverage gaps, ranks meeting windows where everyone is at work and collaborative, and suggests who should take each task and why. Teammates see working hours and ability names, never wake times, sleep or energy. More about Teams.

Coverage map

Hour by hour, who is at a peak for what. Hours outside a person's work window are simply absent.

Meeting finder

Ranked windows for a group and a purpose, based on working hours, not calendar availability yet.

Assign by fit

“Priya: Analytical 91% around 9:00 local, 40% of weekly capacity after this.” Suggestions you can accept or change.

Your data

Stored under your own row, exportable, deletable

Your data lives in Supabase Postgres with row-level security; every row is scoped to its owner. Google tokens stay on the server and are never exported. Payments go through Stripe; we never see card details. From Settings you can download everything we hold about you as one file, or delete your account and everything with it.

We store

Your profile, projects, tasks and their history, check-ins, reflections, task feedback and team memberships.

We do not store

Your calendar event titles, attendees or descriptions. We read busy times and write our own blocks.

You control

Export as JSON, revoke share links and feeds, disconnect Google, delete the account. All from Settings.
