User Data & Personalization: We collect and store your Google account name and email address only for the duration of your free trial or active subscription. Additionally, we collect your cognitive preferences, which include your wake and sleep times and your preferred work schedule window. We only retain the latest version of these preferences as saved by you. If you cancel your plan, you can delete your data. Otherwise, we will retain your personal information for the length of time needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. This helps us improve the user experience and understand which features are most valuable. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit our site, what pages they visit, and what other sites they used prior to coming to our site. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve our site and services. Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit our site, rather than your name or other identifying information. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information.

Payments: We partner with Stripe to securely process all payment transactions. Your payment details are handled entirely on Stripe's platform, ensuring that we never see, store, or have access to your sensitive payment information. We only receive a confirmation that includes your name and email address to verify your subscription status.

Data Security: All personal data, including your email, name, subscription status, and any preferences, is stored in our Supabase database. We follow industry-standard security practices to keep your information safe and Supabase is SOC 2 certified.

Google Calendar Integration: While we display your Google Calendar within My Calendy, we do not read or store any of the events in your calendar. We only check for blocked times during the project duration you input and suggest times around your availability. Our service simply displays your Google Calendar and allows you to add the tasks that My Calendy suggests to your Google Calendar, but nothing more.
